CONSTRUCTION OF 70 PUBLIC HOUSING UNITS – NATIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD CONTRACT PROGRAM II - Regional Council Resolution No. VII/13861 of July 29, 2003 - Regional Council Resolution No. VII/14845 of October 31, 2003

The project involves the construction of two new public housing buildings totaling 70 units in Saronno (VA), in the area between Via Fratelli Cervi and Via Torricelli, on land owned by ALER Varese Como Monza Brianza Busto Arsizio, to replace the existing buildings that were previously demolished.

The project, part of the Neighborhood Program, involves the construction of Buildings “A” and “B,” featuring a pilotis foundation, five residential floors, and basement levels designated for garages and ancillary spaces, each with its own entrance, stairwell, and elevator.

The project combines architectural quality, functional efficiency, and structural soundness, contributing to urban renewal and an increase in the supply of public housing in the area.
